SKIALP set Kästle TX93

Thanks to the new carbon – glass fiber construction and DUAL RISE technology, the TX93 is extremely stable and holds well in powder.

This ski provides unrivaled downhill performance with minimal weight and is the most versatile touring ski in the Kästle range. A smart new feature is the phosphorescent HOLLOWTECH 3.0 technology, which provides better safety during night hiking.

Skialps with carbon – glass construction and Progressive Rise technology bring excellent riding characteristics at low weight. Hollowtech 3.0 technology is enhanced in this model by a phosphorescent color, which provides greater safety in the dark.

The Kästle TOUR 12 PRO pin binding is unique in the binding range. Milled from high-quality aluminum, which weighs only 330 grams and is ideal for all connoisseurs, for whom weight certainly plays an important role, but who do not want to compromise on performance. It is therefore ideal for our TX hiking skis. The innovative Snow Pack Proof System prevents snow and ice from entering the locking mechanism, while the Easy Entry system makes it easier to step on the bindings.

KÄSTLE TX CLIMBING SKIN

Climbing skin is the most important part of the equipment and also a symbol of ski mountaineering. It is glued to the skid before the ascent, they are peeled off and put into a backpack for the descent. The rising layer consists of mohair, nylon or a mixture of both materials. Mohair has an excellent slip and serves even in deep frosts, but it has a shorter lifespan. Nylon has a great climb and worse slip, but a long life.

An excellent compromise is a mixture of mohair + nylon. The quality of the adhesive layer also determines the comfort – either conventional adhesive, macromolecular adhesion or hybrid technologies. Our belts have the best hybrid technology
